Shipping policy
It’s our goal to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner. Our shipping policy explains how we process and ship orders.  The shipping policy is subject to the The Laughing Willow Terms of Service. Our shipping process is as follows:

Standard orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Once an order ships, the delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed as they are an approximation based on the average delivery time for past orders.

Changes
Once orders have been placed, if you can contact us within 24 hours, we can make changes including cancellation. For example: product, quantity, size, address, payment, etc. 

 

Tracking

Once your items have shipped, you should receive a tracking number to the email address you included in your order. If you do not receive a tracking number please check your junk folder first before contacting us. Tracking information updates may  be delayed, please allow for  1-4 days. If no updates are received please contact the shipping carrier. We are provided the same tracking information as you and cannot assist in shipping matters after your order has left our warehouse. 


Lost/Stolen/Undeliverable Items
Please ensure the correct delivery address has been entered on your order (you may verify this through your email confirmation). If a correction needs to be made please contact us. We cannot guarantee address corrections after order placement.   
The Laughing Willow is not responsible for orders once they are delivered for shipment. This includes lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost during transit, stolen after delivery, sent to the wrong address, or returned due to delivery issues you will need to contact the carrier directly to investigate the matter. Any returned items will be subject to our standard return process. We highly recommend using priority shipping since it automatically includes shipping insurance and covers against any potential delivery related issues. 

Holidays & Sales
Due to the high volume of sales during holidays and big sales events there may be longer than normal shipping times. We will do our best to communicate any possible delays.  Shipping prices usually go up over the holidays as well so keep that in mind.

Duties/Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes assessed by your country. These are government charges that are your responsibility to pay. For charges and rates please contact your country's customs office. 
We use USPS for the majority of our international deliveries. Please be aware of any potential disruption to your area. You can check here.

It’s one of our top goals to outfit you in pieces that you’ll love, but if it doesn’t work out, we’ve created our return policy to help simplify the return process and ensure you get exactly what you want. We try to give you as much info as possible in every product description as well as sizing charts to make sure you’re happy with the items you receive.
